Bio

Marlise Pepperell was born in Switzerland but has spent most of her life in Africa.  Currently resident in the beautiful Midlands of KwaZulu Natal, South Africa, she has a BA in Fine Arts from the University of KwaZulu Natal.

Marlise has a love of nature, wildlife and the environment which is reflected in her paintings with their vivid colours and expressionism themes.  She and her husband love the bush, mountains and deserts and she has a huge collection of photographic images taken on their many expeditions into wild places in both South Africa and other parts of Africa.
